Together, we will explore its colorful streets and cultural landmarks, such as the iconic Bridge of Sighs, as we indulge in Peru’s unique and traditional flavors. Next, we will head to a traditional market to taste exotic fruits, discover local ingredients, and learn how they have influenced the evolution of global cuisine. Our next stop will be an elegant restaurant in the district of San Isidro, where we will savor a classic pisco sour accompanied by a delicious tasting of dishes that showcase the superfoods that make Peruvian cuisine renowned worldwide. We will conclude our experience at an iconic restaurant located next to the impressive pre-Inca ruins of Huaca Pucllana. Here, we will enjoy a selection of gourmet dishes and end the day with an ancient dessert reimagined with a contemporary twist, making this experience an essential part of our journey through Lima.
